Overview

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are provided:

Product with obvious signs of use

Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Substitutions

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If we approve it, the refund will be processed and the credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@ilovecars.store.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift voucher will be sent to you after receiving the returned goods.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Return Shipping

If you want to return the product, you should send it by post to the address: Námestie Republiky 13 / Lučenec 98401 Slovakia.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
